We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mia Tui purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Simply ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused products securely in their original packaging, ensuring all internal organizers and straps are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
